SUBMISSION DEADLINE FOR ANNUAL CONFERENCE: September 30, 2017
SUBMISSION DEADLINE FOR SPECIALTY CONFERENCES: November 30, 2017
Fill in all required information to complete the submittal process if you are interested in presenting in one or more of the conferences indicated below. No incomplete proposals or submissions in any other manner will be accepted. If you have questions or issues with this process, contact Diana Ridgeway at DianaR1@NACVA.com or (800) 677-2009.
Submission of the Call for Presentation form is not a confirmation to present. The selected presenters for the Annual Consultants’ Conference will be confirmed by November 30, 2017 and the selected presenters for the Specialty Conferences will be confirmed by January 31, 2018.
Note: Conference sessions will be scheduled in 50-minute increments (the length of program you submit does not guarantee the amount of time you may be given to present if selected). All materials will be provided electronically to attendees (any paper handouts will be the responsibility of the presenter). Sessions confirmed for the Conference agendas will require presenters to prepare a PowerPoint (PPT) presentation using the template provided by NACVA/CTI. Presenters are also encouraged to provide a detailed outline as well as take-aways (deliverables that session attendees can immediately implement in their practice).
Presenters confirmed may also be scheduled to participate in Q&A discussions at the Conference related to their presentation. Presenters who are either selected or not selected, may be asked to submit an article for consideration to be published in The Value Examiner, National Litigation Consultants’ Review, and/or QuickRead Buzz Blog based on their presentation and to potentially present a live webinar either pre- or post-conference.
If your presentation is selected, all materials must be submitted to Diana Ridgeway through the use of the electronic Conference portal by the dates indicated in your confirmation e-mail if selected. In addition, all presentations selected to the agenda will be broadcast to a live audience.
Selected presenters will receive:
The inclusion of a co-presenter does not guarantee that NACVA/CTI will be able to provide the same benefits for the co-presenter as outlined above. It will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
